- All currently enrolled providers (individual and businesses) are required to update ownership data.
- The Provider Ownership Enrollment web application is designed to ask the necessary questions, which allows the ownership data to be processed securely, quickly and efficiently.
- Providers may use the Provider Ownership Enrollment web application to update ownership here
